Narrative Coach is an AI financial mentor for small business owners, embedded in the app of their bank or finance provider. Our new demo walks through the three places an owner spends time with it.
Coach
A conversation grounded in the business’s own figures. An owner can ask what is driving this month’s numbers or how to prepare for a quieter period, and Coach answers with the evidence behind its points.
Money
A plain-English view of the business’s finances, with a short list of suggested actions. Each one explains the finding, why it matters and what to do next.
Growth
Growth opportunities grounded in market and local research and sized to the business. An owner can turn one into a project with clear steps and track it through to delivery.
Connected to the business
Coach works from the business’s own figures. Owners connect their business accounts through Open Banking, including accounts held with other providers, and can connect accounting software such as Xero and QuickBooks.
Part of the provider’s app
Coach is embedded through the Narrative SDK and presented under the provider’s brand. When an owner’s plans point to a product or a conversation with the team, the provider can be involved early, with the owner’s agreement and the context already shared.
