How the work runs

Work is organised around outcomes. Everyone involved, whether in product, engineering, sales or operations, helps define the intended result, how we will judge success and the decisions the owner can make.
We review progress together every fortnight: what we tried, what happened and what remains uncertain.
Once a month the team looks back at what helped, what slowed us down and one or two changes to try next.
Monthly one-to-ones, with the agenda set by you, and agreed time to pursue your learning path.
A protected weekly team lunch, and time together twice a year to agree the priorities ahead.
We give direct, specific feedback and expect people to question ideas openly. We set ambitious goals and make realistic decisions about priorities and workload.
